To get to the port forwarding section: Find the Security tab located near the left-bottom of the screen and click it. Click the Apps and Gaming tab at the top of the screen. If eMule is able to setup the needed port forwardings with UPnP on your router, you don't need to care about port forwardings any further, because eMule will do all the work for you.
