Jun 12, 2020 · Longtime PIA user here and I can confirm many of these problems. PIA used to be THE VPN a few years ago. It was simple, secure, and fast. But it has gotten worse in the past two years, much worse. Speeds are now attrocious, support does not exist, constant bugs with mobile apps. This is very upsetting to me, a loyal PIA user.
